There's a reason we call our massages "therapeutic." Massage has long been used as a form of therapy to aid in relief from migraines, muscle tension, muscle injuries, and can also help lower blood pressure and stress.
Incorporating massage as part of your regular wellness routine benefits the mind and the body. We customize each massage to each client's unique pain points, to ensure a therapeutic session that provides relief where our clients most need it, regardless of the amount of time we have!

Our Deep Tissue Massage targets muscles in the deeper layers of the body and is used for better relieving chronic pain points, from things such as athletics/sports injuries or other strenuous labor-related injuries. Your therapist will palpate the deeper layers by using the elbow, fingers, forearm, or palm of the hand to target the specific, deeper layers of the body which are causing pain and discomfort, and utilize beneficial hot stones. This massage is available in 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute increments.

Becca has over 13 years of experience providing therapeutic massage treatments and aiding countless clients in pain relief and physical and mental relaxation in a calm, quiet space. She incorporates multiple massage techniques to ensure clients achieve optimal results.
“After graduating from the Virginia School of Massage Therapy, I realized after completing my clinicals that I did not want to work in a spa setting. I wanted to be more diverse and cater to meet each client’s specific needs. I realized the only way to accomplish this was to venture out and create an environment/work space to successfully treat a broad spectrum individual's requirements. I feel this approach, rather than using a generic massage modality, has been the key to my success for 13 plus years of being a business owner and helping people feel better.”
Toni recently pursued a longtime goal of becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), which allows her to continue providing therapeutic services to individuals to assist them with their health and wellness. Toni serves her clients with her ability to call upon her vast knowledge and skill set that has been rooted in over 40 years of experience as a healthcare provider in the field of physical therapy, specializing in orthopedic and sports medicine and complex pain and dysfunction. Toni studied at Cedar Stone School of Massage, bringing her clients the unique gifts of massage and bodywork through the Native American Healing Arts and the custom of providing treatment and restorative healing through the use of Hot and Cold Stones as she creates a specialized treatment designed and customized to her client's needs.
